Daily Observations is an anthology of icons crafted by BFA students from the California College of the Arts, reflecting their daily observations over two weeks. I facilitated a workshop for their iconography project and subsequently curated this book to document their creative outcomes. Overseeing the production of 14 class books, I employed diverse materials such as vellum, acetate, card stock, and acrylic sheets to enhance the tactile experience of interpreting the icons. The production process also included instructing students on utilizing a riso printer, guillotine, and laser cutter.
